PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO WATCH YOUR APPLICATIONS
If they are wanting to learn our application methods, a one-on-one lesson must be scheduled.
NO CHILDREN TO ACCOMPANY YOU AT A SERVICE- ever.
RESCHEDULING Appointments secured with a deposit can be rescheduled one time in the event of a schedule conflict or illness, with 24 hrs or more notice. Reschedules to a new date must be made within 3 days of the original cancellation. Rescheduling a second time, or after the 3-day rescheduling grace period, will forfeit the original deposit.
CANCELLATIONS If you no-call/no-show, or cancel with less than 24 hrs notice, your deposit is forfeited, and therefore cannot be used towards future services.
Makeup deposits are non-refundable for appointment cancellations- unless a cancellation occurs from my end.

Clients who NO-SHOW an appointment will be expected to pay 100% of the services scheduled. If that balance is not paid within 5 days of a no-show, said client will not be allowed to book with any MLAartistry Service Provider in the future.
LATE FEES All participants who are 5 minutes late will be charged an additional $10. All participants who are 10 minutes late will be charged an additional $20. All clients who are 15 minutes late are considered NO-SHOWS, will NOT be serviced, and will be expected to pay 100% of their scheduled service- as stated in the Cancellation Policy above.
HEALTH & SANITATION
You WILL NOT be serviced if you have any of the following: pink eye, stye, open wounds (severe acne, bleeding, etc.), contagious symptoms (cold/flu/fever), or cold sores on the face or mouth.
