A 50% charge of the service you have booked will be added to your bill in the event of a cancellation less than 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment to compensate service providers for time lost.
All NO-SHOW appointments are charged 100% of services scheduled.
We are Mothers so we understand the struggle of finding childcare on certain days, but I would like to remind all clients that we are not a kid-friendly establishment.
We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests.
We allow services for children, but we began having a lot of clients bringing their children in while receiving long color services.
In most cases it has not caused distractions, but there have been moments where it has been very disruptive to other clients and service providers.
We want to give every client the best experience imaginable, and this rule helps us do that.
